Energy healing stone therapy, or stone healing, is a manifestation of a vibrational solution. Energy healing stone therapy includes the use of rocks or stones to promote healing, empowerment, growth and change within the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
Energy healing stones possess healing properties that can be used in a variety of ways.
Energy healing stones can be worn on the individual, or set in an area where their energetic vibrations might be felt by whomever is near by.
Healers likewise place stones on their clients bodies to adjust the vibrations of the chakras and balance the energy therein. Each stone has its own remarkable ability. Energy healing stone colors, shapes, and compositions all have extraordinary properties.
Energy healing stones are also utilized for divination and contemplation purposes. You can instinctively pick which stones to use by recognizing which rocks or crystals you are drawn to. Keep your heart and hands open while searching for the most empowering stone, and permit the suitable healing stones to discover a way to approach you. This may sound a little odd at first, but after a while, you will find yourself selecting just the right stone to compliment whatever it is you need, easily. Soon you will find yourself collecting more and more stones as your knowledge increases and you find the results desired.
Some of my favorite energy stones are quartz crystals and amethyst crystals. If I need to feel a little more “grounded,” I choose a heavier feeling stone like a jasper or obsidian, or maybe something from the agate family. A lot of stones can have multi-purpose uses. Agates are one of these stones. Have you ever picked up a pretty red agate and felt how amazing it felt? Maybe it didn’t feel amazing, but for some reason you just didn’t want to put it down either. Perhaps when you looked at it, you held it up to the light to see if you could see through it. Some are also more transparent than others, meaning that you can see through some more than others. Some are semi-transparent, while some are opaque or even banded with other colors. Agates come in a quite a wide range of colors also. I have found clear, yellow, orange, red, blue, and of course a range of colors inbetween.
Picking up rocks can be a wonderful passtime. If you take the time to look around you, becoming aware of your surroundings, you can become more “in tune” with life and find things, like stones, to enhance your journey.
