Exercise is so important in having a well balanced life.  There are a lot of different forms of exercise.  If you are not into heavy weights or lifting weights at all, maybe yoga is a better match for you.  A lot of people just walk a certain amount of miles each day.  Even a short walk is helpful in maintaining a healthy life that is well balanced.  Every time you go for a walk, enjoy the scenery around you.  Not only are you exercising your body, but also exercising and relaxing your mind.  In fact, whatever you practice, expands.  If you are really seeking a well balanced, healthy life, you will find exercise a great and fulfilling part of it.
